Kororaa 14
Kororaa Linux was born out of a desire to make Linux easier to use for non-experts, and lazy people While it was originally based on Gentoo, it has been re-born as a KDE based Fedora Remix. The inspiration for this came from Rahul Sundaram’s Omega, a GNOME based Fedora Remix.
Although it is based on KDE, Kororaa sets the default applications to those (I think) end users want. For example, Firefox is set as the default web browser (instead of Konqueror) and VLC as the default media player (instead of Dragon Player).
Kororaa also pre-configures several third party repositories, making it easier to install additional software. These include Adobe Flash, Google Chrome, Livna, RPMFusion, and VirtualBox. Users can install both Adobe’s Flash plugin and the NVIDIA drivers easily.
See the Changes page for more details.
Note: Kororaa is not provided or supported by the Fedora Project. Official, unmodified Fedora software is available through the Fedora Project website.
