Really good collection! Most of these are a new find. I would also recommend the Replicon time tracking software: http://www.replicon.com/time-tracking-software.aspx, another good project management tool.

I don't see Dooster on here - it would be great to add it to the list. Our company started using it for large-scale project management requiring multiple users, mobile access, and low cost and we couldn't be happier!

Hello
I have tried the graphical method in Ubuntu 9.04 and other linux distros - but there always seems some problem with the performance - like I can't view certain site like yahoo mail, Goal.com etc. But configuring the connection by using rp-pppoe via cmdline don't have such problem. Can you kindly tell me what wrong I am committing to get such error?
Thanks.

We use Dooster as well. It wasn't a switch as we haven't used project management software before but we did look at Deskaway amongst others Basecamp, Zoho were in there as well. The partners chose Dooster. We're a small company and haven't been in business that long but things have moved very quickly and Dooster has been excellent. We've been able to go from a marketing to a sales position smoothly and I think it's got something to do with the cohesiveness Dooster software enables.

You should install it as a regular Linux: burn the image to cd/dvd and boot your computer using this cd, then follow the instructions.
