All you need is to use another initial URL for the form. Here is the correct URL: https://www.google.com/adsense/support/bin/request.py?contact_type=request_reissue_received. After I filled this form, I got the message that my check was stopped.

The first way to verify that we deal with the resource is to check it with is_resource php function. Here is the sample form PHP official website:

There is a keyboard shortcut that simplifies this procedure. If you need to open search results in a new page, you have to select the text you like to search for, then Hold Ctrl+Shift, then Right click your mouse and select “Search“.
