The next release of BLAG is planned to have GNU IceCat as the default browser. Packages for both i686 and x86_64 can be found at: ftp://blag.fsf.org/Icecat/

Sylpheed mail client 3.1.0-0.1.beta5 can be found at: ftp://blag.fsf.org/sylpheed/
You may want to try it on Blag 119K beta version. It’d be the mail client by default on blag future version.
